Insider Alarm

The Insider Alert is an information service that records and analyzes the transactions of so-called insiders on the market (so-called directors dealings). Senior executives of listed companies are obliged to report transactions involving shares in their employer.

These messages, mostly in the form of ad hoc messages, are filtered and processed. The reader is informed about this directly by e-mail. The service also includes regular sentiment analysis on insider behavior.
